And now for something completely different



No stories or life reflections this time.  I was transcribing a recipe I saw to paper.  I thought I'd share.




Instead of that rubbery ball o' moss that one can get at the grocery, I think I'll substitute bufala mozzarella.  I also prefer kosher salt, so I'll sub in a full tsp of that.  I'll let you know how it turns out.

  1. Interesting. I too keep my recipes typewritten. I also prefer Kosher salt over normal table salt. I find I use less Kosher salt than regular salt and it flavors better. Same Underwood (different color) as the one I grew-up with.
