Understood, re: the wax. My question, though, has to do with the scanning. Are you saying you scan a typewritten draft onto the computer where you can edit the scan? Is that with Adobe?
I scanned the pages as a pdf and uploaded to Google.docs. On opening the file there is a choice to open with Google.docs. It opens as a really messed up looking document. Select all, remove formatting. Now it looks like any other document with all the mistakes. Next go through and clean it up. Format in favorite font and double space. Print that et voilĂ .
What I get from this is that Google scans your handwriting. I wonder how neatly you write! I hope that messy handwriting is a last refuge from the automatic digitization of all information.
